佘年簡(jiǎn)歷

佘年,男,1957年出生,1995年畢業(yè)于美國(guó)華盛頓大學(xué),生態(tài)學(xué)博士學(xué)位,現(xiàn)任美國(guó)華盛頓州西雅圖市共用事業(yè)管理局高級(jí)環(huán)境工程專家,美國(guó)環(huán)境工程師協(xié)會(huì)Low Impact Development(LID) Modeling 委員會(huì)主席,美國(guó)環(huán)境工程師協(xié)會(huì)都市水資源研究委員會(huì)常務(wù)理事,2008年第一屆國(guó)際LID研討會(huì)(The First International Low Impact Development Conference, Seattle, WA, USA)主席,主要負(fù)責(zé)城市的可續(xù)性發(fā)展規(guī)劃,水資源管理,城市生態(tài)工程,全球溫室效應(yīng)對(duì)都市水文水質(zhì)的影響等項(xiàng)目。2004年佘年參與和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的研究小組開(kāi)發(fā)出都市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一:Natural Drainage System獲得美國(guó)哈佛大學(xué)商學(xué)院年度發(fā)明獎(jiǎng)。

     1989-1993    就任美國(guó)華盛頓州King County 自然資源管理局,Research Scientist,主要負(fù)責(zé)轄區(qū)內(nèi)污水處理,湖泊,河道修復(fù)治理,水質(zhì)水量模型,監(jiān)測(cè)。
     1993-2007    美國(guó)華盛頓州西雅圖市共用事業(yè)管理局,高級(jí)環(huán)境工程專家,主要負(fù)責(zé)城市可續(xù)性發(fā)展規(guī)劃,水資源管理,城市生態(tài)工程,全球溫室效應(yīng)對(duì)都市流域水文,水質(zhì)及生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的影響評(píng)價(jià)等。
     2005- 成立西雅圖環(huán)境科技公司(Seattle Environmental Science and Technology Inc.),負(fù)責(zé)開(kāi)發(fā)復(fù)合生物酶在水產(chǎn),景觀魚(yú)養(yǎng)殖,湖泊河道底泥好氧消減,城市污泥生物消減,花卉種殖,高爾夫球場(chǎng)草坪的維護(hù)及景觀水處理方面的應(yīng)用。復(fù)合生物酶在湛江南美白對(duì)蝦養(yǎng)殖和廣州花都羅非魚(yú)養(yǎng)殖的中試中效果非常明顯,飼料系數(shù)降低1/3,水質(zhì)在24小時(shí)內(nèi)明顯改善。
